Up to £12.70 per hour (equates to NHS Band 5) | 35 hours | Days | Elderly, Dementia & Disability Care | Good CQC | NVQ3 or Above Essential | One of Suffolk’s leading residential care homes is currently looking to recruit an experienced care professional to work as Deputy Manager. The fully CQC compliant home is in the Beccles area and offers elderly, dementia and disability care. Details of this Residential Care Home Deputy Manager position and what the successful candidate will receive: • A permanent contract of 35 hours per week, working flexible day shifts • Competitive rates of pay up to £12.70 per hour, which is equivalent to NHS Band 5 • A great working environment in a fully compliant home that is very well-run As Residential Care Home Deputy Manager, you will work alongside the Registered Manager to coordinate the clinical and operational management of the service, including in ensuring continuing CQC compliance, quality assurance and safeguarding.
