Here at Care South - we are looking for an experienced Care Team Leader (Day Shifts) to join us at Fern Brook Lodge , our established Nursing and Residential home in Gillingham, SP8 4QD Full time permanent opportunity £10.25 Per Hour 8.00am to 8.15pm shift pattern This role will include alternative weekends and some bank holidays Enhanced pay rate for Bank Holiday working Our respected and experienced care team make a huge contribution to the care our residents receive every day. We're looking for a dedicated and caring individual with care and team leader experience to join us in leading a care team at our home. Working with your colleagues, you'll plan and manage the delivery of high quality care for our residents. Fern Brook Lodge our warm and friendly nursing, residential and dementia care home in north Dorset. Providing a pleasant and peaceful home-from-home environment. You will also have experience in administering medication and hold an NVQ3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or hold a level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care and be willing to train to achieve the level 3 Diploma shortly after you start with us.
