Senior Product Design, Innovation, UX One of London's award winning innovation agencies are hiring for a Senior Product Designer with transactional desgin experience to join their collaborative, talented team As Senior Product Designer, you'll combine your knowledge and skill in interface design, visual design and basic coding to coach the UX team with Product design principles. You'll be the person at the forefront of driving mission critical ideas and executing prototypes to bring them to life. Responsibilities will include understanding product design principles and owning the product design function at the business. You'll also design user interfaces and information architecture using iterative design techniques. From a growth perspective, you'll help mentor and grow more junior members of the team and develop the product mindset, as well as effectively communicate ideas throughout vision phases with detailed and crystal clear rationale backed up by data sources both verbally and visually. Senior Product Design Innovation UX The successful candidate with have a strong understanding ands passing's for intuitive design, as well as some coding experience (at basic level) and a technical mind. You'll bring with you strong empathy for development processes, know how to minimise Dev and Design wastage in an ideal world, have some experience with automotive clients (particularly backend system definition, e-commerce purchase flows, customer account management systems; a finance application flow is also desirable).
