Overview
This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Nottingham office. The annual salary is up to £70,000 DOE, with up to 10% bonus and benefits. We are currently running a virtual office for the foreseeable future. Our recruitment drive is continuing with new hires joining us using our remote working capabilities. All interviews will be conducted via Skype Video. We ask candidates have access to a webcam for them to be able to attend interviews. Job Purpose and Scope: We are seeking a Customer Integration Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis with this role being located in our Nottingham office. ElectraLink has initiated a development programme of new products & services that will involve provision of many new services to its customers (both new & existing). This portfolio will result in a need for ElectraLink to work closely with customers as they look to receive & integrate the new products & services into their own IT estates & business operations. This Customer Integration Manager will ensure that ElectraLink fully supports the introduction of such new products & services through appropriate & relevant plans, approaches to customer engagement, customer support & integration activities per product/service and per customer. This scope of this role will include determining & resourcing customer on-boarding teams of required size, composition & skill-sets as are required to successfully deploy any new service, and to define & manage the operating framework to carry out the support & delivery model necessary to implement any new service across any combination of; · Customer types · Variable service requirements by customer Variable integration requirements by customer · Setting up systems integration, information, support, testing, etc between ElectraLink & its customers · Agreeing & managing deployment approaches & plans between the customers & ElectraLink. Main purpose of job: The Customer Integration Manager will successfully support & manage customers to integrate, prove, certify & deploy new take-on of ElectraLink services, and to hand over the deployed service into business-as-usual Operational Support teams. Responsible for: · Defining approach and resourcing that will provide effective technical & delivery engagement with customers of new service Ensuring implementation of the agreed approaches per service, considering individual requirements & specifics per customer combined with service options · Managing GoLive of new services and delivering post-implementation support through to full handover to ElectraLink’s OPERATE teams · The job holder will work closely with the ElectraLink internal programme delivery teams to ensure that effective cross-team and cross-customer communication & quality of delivery are achieved. Principal Skills and Experience: Key skills: Deep understanding of the how the industry components operate in combination, and thus can understand how new ElectraLink products & services will be applied in any customer’s operational environment In-depth knowledge of implementing systems integration and data integration Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills Excellent organisational and management skills Good analytical and problem-solving skills Creative thinker, coupled with a drive to deliver working product Attention to detail A well-rounded team player · Experience of Data Migration · Understands best practice in testing & implementation · Empathy with customer requirements and what it takes to successfully work with customers to ensure successful joint delivery projects. Key characteristics: · Self-motivated · Organised, and able to transmit that organisation to personnel around him / her · Able to operate effectively between detail, intermediate and high-level activities · Excellent inter-personal skills, and with the gravitas to manage, coach and direct personnel at all levels within both the ElectraLink business & external companies · Able to act and behave with confidence and gravitas with senior clients and stakeholders · Comfortable in presenting at client meetings up to senior level · Good written and oral communication skills · Possesses sound commercial and financial judgement.
