Overview
SQL Support Team Leader Are you a passionate, motivated and enthusiastic high level Service Desk Analyst with Team Leading experience and want a role that makes a difference to people lives? This is a hands on support team leader role with time split between team management and SQL data fixes and trouble shooting. Key requirements for the SQL Support Team Leader: Excellent MS SQL database skills Ability to provide data fixes Trouble shooting experience in SQL Proven ability to lead a team and conduct appraisals etc Previous Healthcare / NHS would be nice but not essential Experience of using Jira would also be nice but not essential This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great software company and to lead a team providing functional support on healthcare applications. You will get to provide 2nd & 3rd level support both following ITIL processes, assigning calls to the correct people and talking to customers on a direct basis to keep them updated as to the status of issues. You will be working to SLAs to ensure customers' needs are met at all times, so you will need to have excellent communication skills, be used to working to tight timescales, with excellent attention to detail and a real focus on good customer service. Any previous experience gained within the NHS or healthcare arena would be a great advantage. Also any knowledge of ITIL, MS Office applications and web based services would be highly regarded.
