SQL Server DBA with ETL, SSIS & Data warehousing - INSIDE IR35 - Kent Our client is looking for a SQL DBA with strong ETL in particularly SSIS or DTS to start immediately on a 3 month contract, with a view to renew thereafter. This assignment is INSIDE IR35 – You will need to go through an accredited Umbrella Company This role involves multiple projects, involving data management which can include complex algorithms. You should also have a solid understanding of end to end data processing (ETL, DTS, SSIS) and be a strong communicator with a high level of technical aptitude. Skills / Experience Understanding of data integrity / data matching Experience in migration of data/large data volumes Data warehouse/lake design/concepts – Star schema etc. Create database tables, views, stored procedures, constraints and indexes Experience in SSIS, DTS packages, functions and triggers Extensive Indexing, index statistics updating and index optimization Scripting database installs – DAC – BAC packaging Experience in high availability/ DR databases techniques, eg.
