ROLE DESCRIPTION r10 are currently seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to assist on a project that requires additional resource due to a division that provide banks and insurance companies’ resources which has a gap for senior Technical consultants. RESPONSIBILITIES : Analyse the current ServiceNow Platform and configure and customise improvements Use expertise in setting up the full ServiceNow solution and its integration with other products Understand, document and ultimately deliver business requirements and provide solutions for current outstanding issues SKILLSET / KNOWLEDGE: Must have practical experience of Service Now and the ability to help clients design SN platform Experience producing business and functional requirements Passion for working in a dynamic category that is a fast moving, and a competitive hotbed of creativity and innovation Demonstrate a strong understanding of one or more of the following ServiceNow technologies/modules This job was originally posted as www.cwjobs.co.uk/job/89937705
