Overview
Senior C# Developer A successful and rapidly expending London-based Hedge Fund is looking for multiple Senior C# Developers. The current team are some of the most talented and sought after computer scientists in London. With the planned expansion, new project are on the horizon and therefore computer scientists with an engineering mind are needed to take on the challenge of building elegant bespoke platforms from scratch, fund wide. Every project here is business critical, with wide coverage and communicating with colleagues and the business (Quants, Portfolio Managers) on a daily basis, therefore good communication skills and working well in a team are desired. You are expected to either have the business knowledge or the desire to learn and have strong math; in return you will be suitably remunerated and be one of the top 0.5% best paid developers in London. Essential: Excellent knowledge and experience of C#. Test Driven Development Thorough understanding of computer science fundamentals (OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms). Experience working with SQL databases MSc/BSc degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics/Physics). Desirable: Experience at a bank, asset management firm or hedge fund. Exposure to pair programming and test-driven development.
