We have a new role to work with a contractor that requires a Self Erect Crane Operator immediately Location: Shoreham Contract type: Freelance Start date: ASAP Duration: Long Term Pay rate: £18- £20 Randstad CPE contact: Harry Cork (Brighton office) The company: A reputable contractor who works across the Sussex area. The role: Working as a crane operator our client will be looking for a Crane operator to assist with works in Shoreham. About you: Ideally you will have experience working as Self Erect Crane operator for 1-2 years, and will be comfortable operating the crane on site. You will be conscious of health and safety on site and will be wary of others who are working alongside them. You will arrive on time, finish your shift at the times allocated by the site manager and complete additional duties as and when the site manager requires. To be successful in your application for this role you will have and be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes: Operating Self Erect Crane to lift and move building materials from ground storage areas and Lorries. Carry out daily health and safety checks. Ensuring the Tower Crane is fully maintained and operational before and after shifts Will have a CPCS Ticket/Crane Operator ticket/Slinger Will have two references on two projects that you have worked on previously What to do next: If this role meets your expectations and aspirations please click the apply now link.
