Role: Territory Manager Salary: £30-£40K DOE uncapped commission company car Location: Central Scotland Our client is one of the UK’s largest wholesalers offering a product range through exceptional customer service and efficient delivery. The role: Main Purpose: This is a 'hands on’ sales role where by you will maintain and increase sales to the database and to drive and deliver business development to your sales territory. You will inherit a customer base but will be expected to develop and nurture those accounts as well as grow your base. To represent the company in a polite and efficient manner at all times and deliver a positive experience on all contacts made. Successfully maintaining and growing your business territory Delivering results on agreed sales and profit targets Responsible for: All customers within your territory by visiting on a regular basis whilst maintaining accurate customer records, Journey plan and Office calendar. Own sales and profit target. All equipment provided by the company whilst maintaining the health and safety standards set. The successful candidate: The successful candidate will have a proven sales record/group management experience and will have exceptional sales skills and success in delivering results. You will ideally have key account/ buying experience. Good organisation/IT (excel) skills 'Customer first’ attitude to maximise customer relationships Target orientated Tenacious and able to work under pressure Developing business within accounts across all our product range Team work with colleagues and to support them as and when required Positive attitude Pro-active self-motivator Excellent communication skills 2-3 years of a proven sales background The desire to succeed and thrive in a target driven sales environment Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure High level of accuracy A full & clean driving license is essential Glu Recruit are an equal opportunities employer.
