Overview

Have you got experience handling a high number of inbound calls? Are you dedicated to providing excellent customer service? Responsibilities • This is a reactive role, where you will be taking calls from our Customers and logging them onto our system to arrange an Engineer Call-Out • You will be required to give excellent customer service to all Customers and liaise with corresponding branches to solve breakdown queries in a timely manner • As well as answering the phone, you will also have to deal with customer enquiries via email • Other administration duties, which may include; contacting Customers for Purchase Order numbers to ensure they are billed correctly, invoicing and constant communication with our Service Branches to ensure customer satisfaction Experience • Passionate about giving excellent customer service • Previous experience within call handling • Confident in dealing with a high volume of calls within a demanding environment • Superb telephone manner • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally • Experience of meeting KPI’s would be beneficial, but is not essential Please note that at times due to the volume of applications we may not be able to respond to each person individually.
