Job Title: Team Member - Call Handling Salary: up to £19,500 per annum, depending on experience Location: Hitchin Hours: Full time- Mon-Fri 9am-5pm Job Responsibilities: Providing excellent customer service Taking calls from customers Arranging engineers call outs Corresponding to other branches to solve breakdown quires Administration duties including contacting customers for purchase orders Skills/Experience Required: Experienced Call Handler, who is confident dealing with a high volume of calls Superb telephone manner and excellent communication skills but written and verbal Experience of meeting KPI’s would be an advantage Passionate about providing great customer service.
