Let's keep this short and sweet Role is based in Exeter, but as this role has the option to be home based, the client will consider anyone in the Devon and Cornwall area. The firm I'm working with is a national business and a well-known brand within the financial planning market. The team you will be joining have finished top, out of 20 teams nationally for several years now. They have come in at 101% of their revenue targets and overachieved in all other areas. The firm have an exclusive agreement with a national accountancy practice, very strong 3rd party professional connections and more work than they can manage. Which is only a good thing for the Financial Planners and writing business It's never easy leaving your client bank behind and starting a fresh, especially with the covenant restrictions and the all the red tape, this firm understands that. Therefore, the Partner will allocate you a bank of clients upon joining and will work with you to provide full support where needed. All they're asking in return is for the Financial Planner to be hard working, ethical and pro-active. Nothing more then what you would expect if you were hiring. If you have clients to bring great, if not, there will be no pressure around this. You will be given the opportunity to progress into management or a big hitting Financial Planner, option is yours First class paraplanning and back office support is provided. The Managing Partner, who I have met with personally, is a professional, down to earth and friendly chap who has the best interests of his team.
