Overview

Our client is a market leading accountancy practice with a fantastic reputation for their work. They are now seeking a Financial Planner to join them in Exeter in a pivotal business role. Reporting to the Director of Financial Planning, your role will be to service existing clients whilst driving for new business and professional connections. To be successful in this role you will need to have a Level 4 CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. An advanced diploma or chartered status would be beneficial but is not essential. Responsibilities: Promoting the firm’s services to both existing accounts and potential clients Maximising revenue through regular client reviews Seeking out new business and introducing new clients to the firm Keeping up to date with product and legislative changes Maintain all relevant documentation and ensuring appropriate recommendations made Ensuring compliance with legislation and maintaining statement of professional standing Requirements: Level 4 CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning Ideally but not essentially an Advanced CII Diploma or chartered status A fantastic communicator with strong relationship building skills Excellently organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines Fantastic analytical skills with the ability to process large amounts of data Ability to work effectively individually and within a team IT skills (Microsoft office) and knowledge of relevant legislation and procedures This role will pay a highly competitive salary, a range of benefits, and would be a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading company in a pivotal business role.
