Overview
My client based in Stonehouse are looking for a Costings Administrator to join a small and friendly team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with previous administration experience with the ability to be methodical and accurate. Responsibilities/Duties; - Job costing and invoice preparation -Preparation of bulk invoicing -Preparing and raising high volume of accurate sales invoices within defined turnaround times, using schedule of rates codes -Allocation of costs for stock materials to jobs -Debt management and query resolution -Maintain and update credit card payments schedule -Banking of cash and cheque payments -Ensure clients pay within their agreed payment terms -Liaise with clients regarding disputed invoices Candidate Attributes: -Previous administration experience -Strong excel knowledge -Excellent phone manner -Good experience in using Microsoft Office -Enjoy being part of a team -Be methodical, systematic and highly organised -Have a flexible, enthusiastic and committed approach Hours- Monday- Friday 8.30am-5pm Salary- £20,000
