Well, you’re in luck We are looking for Production Support Specialists to join our Production Support team. In this role you will be working in tandem with our business stakeholders, the Production Support Team, Technical Consulting, Developers, Consulting, and Employee Support Centre team, to name a few It’s an amazing opportunity for the super sleuths among you to showcase your problem-solving and investigatory skills A typical day will involve triaging tickets to ensure they have the correct information and are allocated to the right team to ensure we can action them as quickly as possible. You will also be assisting with queries, and carrying out support fixes for our clients who are in Production. Main duties: The Production Support Specialist will: Triage tickets to ensure the correct information is recorded, and pass to the relevant team. Ensure tickets are up-to-date, and support ticket to resolution. Working as a team to meet SLA’s Providing excellent customer service to clients and their employee Problem solve, and investigate queries. Support multiple tickets simultaneously. Make quick fixes and carry out testing Run ad-hoc reports as required. Maintain confidentiality within all aspects of the job role. Administrative and ad-hoc activities as required.
