Overview
Our Milton Keynes based client is looking for a Overseas Telephone Account Manager to join their team on a permanent, full time basis. Position: Overseas Telephone Account Manager Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum Commission The job will involve… - Proactively contacting overseas customers to establish and build relationships - Being the point of contact for customer queries, resolving problems and providing solutions - Identifying new business opportunities and presenting advertising solutions - Interpreting and explaining customers data - Utilising all resources and data to assist with adding value to the business - Dealing with objections, presenting alternatives and new initiatives - Identifying training opportunities to support customer relationships - Accurately recording all information on in house systems. The Person will… - Have consistently achieved set targets in a similar, office based environment - Be analytical and confident with data - Have the ability to manage expectations - Strive to deliver excellent service at all times - Possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and written - Have drive, always trying to exceed expectations - Possess a ‘get the job done’ attitude, thriving in a hard working team - Ability to speak another language is preferred (not essential) Please note that at times due to the volume of applications we may not be able to respond to each person individually.
