Overview

Dimensions provide life changing support to people with learning disabilities and autism throughout England and Wales. We look to match you to the service, location and the requirements of the role. For most services they require the support of personal care, manual handling and the administration of medicine. For permanent positions it will be a required to be flexible to work a mixture of shifts on a rota; earlies, lates, alternative weekends and occasional bank holidays. Some services will require sleep ins and others are looking for waking night support workers. Attendance will be by invite only. Please be aware that some services are Female or Male support workers only - "Gender is considered to be a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010." Please note that pay rate will be determined by the service that you are matched with, this can be from £8.54 to £10.55. The current rate of pay rate for relief £8.54 per hour and will be increasing to £8.72 per hour from 1st April 2020.
