Area Manager Elderly Care Homes South West Bristol Salary: £62,245 £6,000 Car Allowance bonus/benefit package. Full time Remit Compass Associates are working with a leading provider within the care industry for their recruitment of an Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of care homes across the South West region. The homes are a combination of Nursing, Residential and Dementia homes and experience as a Home Manager in these areas is essential. You will be responsible for managing the compliance and business performance of these facilities, alongside the line management of Home Managers and assisting with the growth of existing and new services. The Candidate The successful candidate must have three years' experience within an area/regional management capacity and be able to demonstrate a successful track history managing a portfolio of care homes. The ideal candidate would also have gained experience within home management and has achieved 'Good' - 'Outstanding' CQC reports. Requirements 2 years' Home Management experience (nursing, residential and dementia). 3 years' Regional/Area Manager experience (Essential). Excellent leadership qualities. Commercially minded with a track history of delivering business KPI's. Stable employment history. Driving license and own vehicle are required, alongside with a willingness to travel. Location This is a regional role covering the South West and would be a suitable commute from Bristol, Gloucester, Chippenham, Bath, Taunton, Swindon, Yeovil and Salisbury. Summary My client is seeking an experienced Area Manager with a five-year track history of successfully managing a portfolio of care homes. In exchange, my client is offering a salary of £62,245 £6,000 Car Allowance bonus/benefits package.
