This however isn't your typical professional services firm - they feel more like a tech/start up business in their approach to work and general culture within the firm. The role We currently are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Talent Acquisition team on a permanent basis. The role will see you managing end to end recruitment processes for hires across the UK business. This isn't a transactional/high volume recruitment role - it is very high touch and we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This role will sit in a close- knit team and you will be reporting into a great manager, who will take you under their wing and provide mentoring to set you up for success. The salary on offer is around £35,000 bonus benefits depending on the experience that you bring to the role. Their offices are based in the City of London and are walking distance from Tower Hill, Aldgate, Liverpool Street or Bank. The criteria We are looking to engage with candidates who have experience in, and are passionate about, recruitment.
