Overview
A property consultancy based in the City of London is looking for a Recruitment Advisor/Manager to join their HR team of 4. Key responsibilities of this include: Work with hiring managers to determine hiring needs of the business Proactively identifying potential talent pool and contact candidates Negotiate terms with and managing external suppliers Conduct telephone interviews and support managers in face to face interviews Monthly reporting on vacancies and recruitment activity This person will: Have experience of managing a variety of vacancies at one time Have experience of LinkedIn recruiter Have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Be educated to degree level (or equivalent) Have a few years' experience in-house or agency If interested and your skillet aligns, please apply directly
