Leading Law firm Graduate recruitment & development manager London, £60,000 Legal experience beneficial Your new company International law firm based in London are seeking a Graduate and development manager on a maternity leave cover to lead the end to end recruitment process. Your new role Graduate recruitment - managing the recruitment of graduate talent across the firm along with managing one assistant in the team. Project management of summer vacations schemes Attraction strategy - overall responsible for implementing the firms graduate attraction strategy. You will be involved with the trainee development, providing HR support to the trainee population. What you'll need to succeed Ideally come from a legal background Great attention to detail with strong communication, oral and written skills. Experience managing the graduate recruitment program and involved with wider HR and graduate recruitment processes.
