Lead a team of 2 direct reports for a care/education company. A generalist remit, supporting a diverse workforce across multiple sites in Surrey. Seeking a HR Manager to support their sites within the southern region. Description As HR Manager, lead a HR team with 2 direct reports Work autonomously with a generalist remit to support staff and managers across multiple sites in Surrey Manage complex Employee Relation cases to the highest standard to prevent unnecessary escalation Develop and maintain strong working relationships with unions Work closely with the wider HR team in change management, including consultations and changes to terms and conditions Review and maintain HR policies and advise employees on its interpretation and application Under take HR projects and improve engagement as required Profile Proven experience of coaching, supporting and managing direct reports Ability to proactively manage Employee Relations from up-skilling managers to managing complex cases through to tribunal Strong written skills with attention to detail to ensure processes are followed to the highest standard Able to establish strong working relationships with diverse workforce, such as care and educational sectors from entry to director level. Able to support HR team and wider company through periods of change and transformation Ability to travel to multiple sites across Surrey where necessary and visit head office up north on occasion. Will require a DBS check Job Offer circa £45,000 per annum plus additional benefits
