Overview
HR Administrator South West London Based Healthcare Organisation Permanent opportunity £30,000 - £35,000 I am currently working with a Global Healthcare company, based in London as well as across 5 other countries. The position will be working within a small, dynamic HR department of 5 professionals headed up by the People Operations Lead. Responsibilities: This role spans on-boarding, all elements of the employee lifecycle, through to company benefits, policies, performance, employee relations and HR systems administration, advisory and coordination Responsible for managing the end to end on-boarding processes for new joiners Creation of all employee contracts Assist with training administration, including making bookings and maintaining records Adopting a customer service approach to responding to employee/line manager enquiries ensuring a fast, accurate, right first-time solution is provided. Where possible, particularly for frequently asked questions, develop and publish revised processes or additional documentation/education to enable our customers to self-serve. Providing the HRBP's with support Providing support for the off boarding Taking minutes for employee relations cases Manage & update databases and Excel spreadsheets Skills: A highly organised and experienced HR administrator who has left previously an HR Administration capability or significant area of such a servic Proactive, self-assured and able to use own initiative Strong PC skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel Strong experience across any of the disciplines such as compensation, benefits, payroll, immigration, legal, employee relations, and a track record of working with quality HR programmes and systems/platforms. Manage own and others time and workload effectively Responsive to client / team / peer needs and requests Excellent attention to detail Has a flexible and professional approach with the ability to work under pressure Degree educated
