A 6 month FTC for a HR Advisor based in Gatwick paying £16 per hour Your new company A leading airline company in Gatwick are recruiting for a HR Advisor for the duration of 6 months to support the HR Shared Service Lead on a fixed term contract basis. You will be based in their Shared Service centre located just outside of Gatwick airport in a newly furnished, opened plan office. Your new role As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for the following: Supporting the HR team with all Employee Relation queries Payroll Administration Effectively manage the day to day transactional HR activities for the UK Ownership of the HRIS Go to person for all general HR queries What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in the role you will need to be CIPD level 3 qualified or above with proven experience within a HR Advisory role. You will need to have knowledge of payroll and UK Employment Law.
