Overview
Calling all Enterprise Sales Recruiters We are supporting our technology client in their search for an Enterprise Software Sales Internal Recruiter to join them for 6 months, based from their head office in London. To be considered for this role, you must have extensive experience in recruiting for enterprise software salespeople. You will be responsible for attracting, screening and interviewing the best candidates for ‘experienced hires’ positions both technical & sales (predominately sales). You will work closely with managers to assess recruiting needs and provide a pipeline of talented candidates to interview from. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills and high-level experience recruiting for both Enterprise software sales AND technical roles in a fast paced, commercial and Technology/IT environment. Your experience Extensive experience recruiting enterprise software sales roles Exceptional sourcing capabilities. Demonstrated ability to pro actively source top talent and head hunt Hands-on experience using Workday Knowledge/experience recruiting in the German/DACH market. Results driven Customer orientated Ability to grasp new technologies quickly
