Overview

As the IT Trainer you will focus on delivering exceptional technical training using the latest software and technology to engage with learners across multiple platforms and locations. This will include live online learning and webinars delivered via Blue Jeans or Skype for Business whilst identifying other remote / online learning opportunities. Description Responsibilities of the IT Trainer: Delivery of Microsoft packages To design and develop training materials for the company's systems, and in a manner that is "user friendly" for a wide variety of user groups within the organisation To prepare and deliver focused and professional training courses, webinars and individual technical coaching sessions To work with the Talent Development Manager to identify areas where further training is required for users To use existing Training and Development administrative procedures to ensure all aspects of the training cycle are fulfilled Support projects / initiatives within the wider IT team identifying Talent Development responsibilities / opportunities Support the administration and development of the internal Learning Management System to increase usage and engagement with the learning platform Profile Requirements: Must have previous experience in an IT Training role Experience of training in Windows' applications Experience of developing technical training programmes Experience of facilitating online training programmes Experience using Adobe Captivate or eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or GOMO is advantageous Formal training qualifications Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2000 to macro level Job Offer Benefits of the role: Competitive salary up to £35k Private medical insurance Several health and wellness benefits Technology and season ticket loan Subsidised creche facilities Flexible working hours (35 hour week - 9:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday although flexibility from employees as necessary to accommodate business needs) Cycle to work scheme
