Inner London CLCH Hammersmith & Fulham CCG, West London CCG and Central London CCG We have a vacancy for a night community staff nurse band 6 and we wish to recruit a committed, forward thinking and enthusiastic community nurse with energy, self-motivation and drive to work in our Inner London CLCH night district nursing team covering the service from 8 pm to 8 am. Your hours of working will be 37.5 hours worked over a four week period. Community Staff Nurse - Band 6 We are pleased to offer this opportunity to come and work as a band 6 Community Staff nurse within the CLCH Inner London night district nursing team. We are seeking to recruit a community nurse who wishes to develop their career in community nursing. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic. The successful candidate will be able to deliver excellent quality nursing care to people in their own homes; be able to work on their own initiative and be an excellent team player. We are looking for nurses who respect their patient's privacy and dignity. The successful candidate will work under the delegation of the District Nurse Team Leaders and will possess excellent communication, assessment and care planning skills and have a good knowledge of clinical standards. If you have excellent communication/interpersonal skills and would enjoy the challenge of caring for people at night in their own homes then we would like to hear from you. Successful applicants will have an induction programme tailored to their needs as well as access to full NHS terms and conditions. Essential requirements: * RN level 1 in Adult General Nursing * A current Clean Manual Driving License (less than 6 points) and willing to drive a manual leased car at night in all weather conditions in Central London using satellite navigation. * Community nursing experience Employment Type: FULL_TIME
