Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join a growing company and play a key role in the end to end recruitment of one or more of our business areas. These will be focussed within the Investment Banking/Capital Markets, Risk and Business Consulting areas of the business. You will work as part of a larger In-House team and will be responsible for the whole recruitment process, from candidate resourcing through to offer stage (including the interview process, which may also include assessment centres). Stakeholder involvement is crucial and engagement at various levels, and as such, the successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate extensive stakeholder management experience to be successful. You will work in a fast-growing, constantly changing environment, where you will be viewed as a true partner to the business, where the recruitment function is truely integrated in the business. Responsibilities will include: - Partnering successfully with various leaders within the business to identify their hiring needs and subsequently build suitable talent pipelines. - Engaging great talent across the various open roles within the business - everything from directly sourcing and identifying top talent, through to managing the full hiring process. -Interviewing at all seniority levels across the business, both on the telephone initially and F2F later in the application process. -Participate and play a key role in assisting the Global Recruitment team to develop, implement and deliver various Recruitment initiatives & projects. -Acting as an ambassador to ensure a strong candidate experience If you would like to know more, please contact Kayleigh at Oakleaf.
