Overview
Oakleaf Partnership are working with a leading global brand who have an opportunity for a Reward Lead to join their team. Reporting into the Global Reward Director you will have a number of responsibilities including: Working closely with senior leadership team to develop and deliver the reward strategy Taking the lead on all cyclical compensation activities Designing reward policies and procedures Ensuring that the business is competitive with their reward offering by constantly developing the reward framework We are looking for someone who is highly experienced within reward, has worked on an international basis and is competent working with and presenting to senior stakeholders.
