If so this could be a fantastic opportunity for you Ashley Kate are pleased to be partnering with a 'Best Companies to work for' organisation based in the Leeds area as they recruit a HRBP to join their fast paced department. We seek a professional, with extensive experience, who can join this team in providing a high quality and responsive HR service to their workforce. The role: ·Partnering with stakeholders within your business division and contributing to the delivery of their 5 year People Agenda ·Support, advise and coach management to up skill their capabilities in particular across People Management ·Leading on any TUPE activity across your business area, both large and small scale ·Management development training ·Providing credible and pragmatic HR advice, training and support to managers and staff in relation to HR policies and procedures ·Supporting your stakeholders and business area with any recruitment needs, throughout the full process ·Supporting your stakeholders and management through a range of employee relations ·Supporting with HR Projects, with a particular focus around employee engagement and well-being ·MI report writing and presentations Salary £35-40k depending on experience To be considered you will be a CIPD qualified HR professional, with extensive demonstrable experience in the above key areas of the role. You will have a passion for people and engagement, and live and breath company values, while having strong influencing skills and leading by example
