HR Advisor - temporary job in Leeds - 3 months . Your new company A growing and highly commercial company in Leeds require a temporary HR Advisor to support them for a period of 3-4 months at least, to support them through a period of growth and system change. Your new role Working in a small HR team, you will predominantly be responsible for taking ownership of a number of ER cases and manage through to resolution, There is a whole range of employee relations cases, including capability, conduct and performance, and requires someone with excellent and up to date employment law knowledge to be able to support the Managers in the business as they navigate these issues. You will be involved in coaching new Managers and Supervisors, where needed, on relevant policies and procedures, leading them through the steps and attending meetings when required. You will also be involved in preparing the data and systems ready for a system change in April.
