Overview
EMEA Head of Payroll £70.000 to £80,000 Bonus & Bens - City A leading global financial organisation seek an experienced EMEA Head of Payroll to be their lead. Reporting into the HR Director this role will in-compass everything from Payroll Reviews through to Risk Controls/Frameworks, Regulations, Vendor Management and Governance. The role: Review payrolls and controls across the EMEA geographic areas Full sign off responsibility for EMEA payrolls Responsible for long distance management of a team based in Asia and making sure that they operate within UK legislation Be the subject matter expert for all EMEA payrolls Vendor management: Making sure that the service offered is in line with terms of business and escalate where necessary Work closely with HR and related projects Be a key point of contact for all Senior Stakeholders and Benefits providers Put in place constant improvements along with frameworks and controls based on risk Oversee the end to end payroll process and look deeper into Payroll, Tax and Benefits Operations Governance: Manage Third party vendors through global frameworks Manage and create document tracking services Attend regular Vendor calls to highlights success and failures and document accordingly Skills: Thorough understanding of EMEA payrolls along with strong understanding of all UK legislation Management exposure and experience with teams in the UK and overseas Demonstrate a true hybrid skill set: Payroll, HR, Benefits and Systems Have created effective frameworks and Risk Controls across the UK and EMEA Someone that can take control and own a UK and EMEA Payroll and Benefits offering Someone that can push back to Senior Stakeholders Strong communications skill set internal/external Strong payroll systems knowledge and Excel
