Description Creating a brand-spanking new candidate experience. You'll be responsible for creating a market-leading candidate experience and will have some great tools at your disposal to do it: brilliant tech, a compelling tone of voice, an expert creative agency and a unique employee value proposition. Creating a stand-out, high-impact talent attraction campaign. You'll be bringing to life our unique employee value proposition through a carefully crafted talent attraction campaign to launch the ATS. It'll need to stand out from the crowd, align to our authentic employer brand narrative and include tailored messages to target multiple personas. Profile A proven background in candidate experience and employer brand. We need at least a few years in the industry supported by a relevant Marketing or HR qualification. If you don't have that, there's no need to apply. Incredible organisation skills. The perfect candidate experience will have a lot of moving, yet seamless parts. You'll need excellent project management skills and great attention to detail. Brilliant communication skills. From crafting our candidate experience touchpoints to engaging with our hiring managers and agencies, you'll need to be great with people and even better with words. Job Offer £50k - £55k plus benefits for a 6 month FTC
