REED HR - Talent Specialist - Southampton - £45,000 to £60,000 - 6 months FTC An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an innovative, growing organisation based in Southampton. We are looking for creatively minded Talent specialists for a 6 month FTC starting as soon as possible Reporting to the Senior Recruitment Partner, duties include: Evaluating the candidate journey highlighting areas to improve Manging and developing employee engagement, recruitment and retention plans Developing and designing an innovative candidate experience, implementing Greenhouse across the business.
