Overview

Part Time HR Advisor. Projects - Birmingham FTE Package of £37500, pro rata for 22.5 hours/week (£22500) This is a brand new role within an established and successful HR team delivering HR projects particularly around reward and wellbeing. Working in partnership with the HRBP team you will be responsible for the following: Designing and implementing a reward and wellbeing programme which promotes engagement and retention Promoting the programme across the dispersed employee population, gaining "buy-in" and encouraging sign up to the schemes Arranging and managing events to promote the wellbeing agenda across all sites Reviewing and managing external partners to deliver successful programmes Managing the budget for reward and wellbeing Constantly evaluating programmes and continuously improving for future success. Reviewing the current reward schemes, making changes where necessary to improve. You will have a background in HR and ideally be CIPD qualified with proven project management experience. You will need strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels. You will also be required to visits all sites on a regular basis, all of which are in the Midlands and easily commutable in the working day.
