Overview

About the Role FTI Consulting is building a strong EMEA Leadership team to drive the growth and transformation of the region and looking for top performers at various levels to join the team. This role directly supports the Chairman, COO, CSO, Head of Markets and other members of senior leadership within FTI's corporate infrastructure on a number of strategic and change initiatives across the company. What You'll Do Overall project management for cross functional/ high impact/ high profile projects, working across and within teams, developing options and solutions and creating materials for discussion/ stakeholder management/ action Proactively lead the development of solutions to problems through management consultations, data analysis, team meetings, and other applicable strategies Leading and influencing change through supporting the wider business to learn and apply new skills, processes and adopt change (ultimately connected to improving efficiency and effectiveness) Clearly summarize gathered data and facts, confidently communicate/present findings to members of senior management as needed, develop action plans with clear accountability, PMO change efforts to improve the business Strive for high-quality deliverables; drive projects to achieve maximum impact for the team and the firm Understand how his/her own work fits into the broader business context Some travel (10-20%) to other FTI offices as needed How You'll Grow This is a great opportunity for a proactive, confident, articulate, creative consulting professional to be part of FTI growth in EMEA and to collaborate and lead our business development and transformation plans. The Business Transformation Manager will have the opportunity to partner with our senior leaders in EMEA on a wide variety of initiatives related to business growth, strategic operational decisions and performance improvement projects. Basic Qualifications and Skills Accountant or CFA or MBA/ Management Consulting training (essential) and Degree level education Relevant experience of running strategic projects in complex environments and influencing at senior management level Has a high tolerance for ambiguity; deals well with unexpected or adverse situations and works well under pressure Ability to express and present own opinion and be persuasive in achieving company's objectives Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint (essential) Experience with ThinkCell and Tableau (desirable) Excellent interpersonal skills, including collaborative work style, problems solving and conceptual thinking skills Creative in conveying ideas and data on the page with a proactive approach to solving/completing assigned tasks Strong leadership skills - Works well with others across and up, down and across the organization Our Benefits Apart from the well-structured career path and excellent team environment, our employees enjoy a variety of perks and benefits.
