A unique opportunity has recently become available for an entry-level Graduate Business Development Manager at a fintechstartup based in North West London. The startup is developing B2Bfintech platform to serve professionals in investment, trading and asset management industries. This is a great opportunity to kick start your career and gain knowledge and hands-on experience while closely working with a team of investment and technology professionals. As a business development manager, you will be involved in market research and analysis, investment products development and all stages of business services launch, testing, feedback gathering and enhancement. This position requires exercising of independent judgment to perform responsibilities described herein. Who we are looking for: The startup is looking for a result-driven, hardworking and eager to learn graduates to join the company as a Business Development Manager. Job Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth UK and international markets research on investment product offerings Implement analysis of competitive landscape Work closely with technology team on development of fintech platform module prototypes, feature specs and user stories to aid investment products development Assist to investment team on investment product development and creation of testable prototypes Gather feedback following new product releases and testing. Transform feedback gatherings from data into reports and information that drives decision making Gather both qualitative and quantitative data to help with products improvements Qualities Self-motivated and results driven individual Able to work autonomously, taking responsibility for achieving set targets Passionate about fintech, startups, and business development Fluent in English Preferred qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, finance, investment or a related fields Experience in data analysis - either professional experience or through education Track record of success in business development projects Experience in startups / entrepreneurial activities is desirable Knowledge of Chinese language or other second language UK visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
