Paterson Recruitment are working on behalf of their client and have a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's leading independent estate agents. The vacancy is for a Branch Manager based in Hemel Hempstead where you will be responsible for: Branch performance and contribution Performance against key activity targets including referrals Property register management Brand guidance adherence Potential log and opportunity log standards Client standards Branch phone call activity levels Sales and lettings core priorities Staff development Third Party income generation The purpose of the Branch Manager is:- To create the largest active 'on market' share of any agent in the area To create the largest overall market share on exchanged/let business To maximise branch profit Exceed the branch's budgeted income levels for residential income, lettings income and 3rd party income lines Exceed personal budgets and targets Hit bonus scheme targets on quarterly basis A basic salary of between £30-40,000 is on offer for the role of Branch Manager, depending on experience with an OTE expected of around £60,000.
