We are currently looking to recruit aa Assistant Branch Manager to be responsible for managing existing accounts be proactive in internal & external sales calls, maximise sales opportunities and work on the trade counter as required, and manage the branch in the manager's absence and be expected to operate a Zero Harm Health and Safety policy. What does the role involve? As the Assistant Branch Manager, you will assist in managing the day to day running of the branch with a focus on sales performance and customer service, with the ability to leading by example and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service. You will be a self-motivated individual who can embrace change and motivate others to do so. You will have a proven track record in meeting targets, building strong relationships with customers.
