Herts Good Care is a non-profit company, supporting adult care providers across Hertfordshire to fill their permanent positions. We are currently working with St Elizabeths Centre to find a Support Worker to join their team. Job Shift: Days , Nights , Evenings , Weekends Location: Much Hadham Type of Provider: Care Home (Residential) Assisting older adults living with Dementia, Learning Disability, Physical Disability, Sensory Impairment Salary: £8.44 - £10.14 Per Hour Hours of Work: 37.5 Driving Required: Yes Contract Type: Full Time Contract Part Time Contract 0 Hours Contract About the company We provide care and support to individuals with learning disabilities across different units on site. We are situated in 68 acres of beautiful Hertfordshire parkland between Harlow and Bishop’s Stortford. We support people with Epilepsy and other complex needs of all ages in our Children’s Home, School, College, and Residential Home with nursing and Day Centre. We have a range of roles available in our College and Adult Home, all of which support people to live their lives as independently as possible in our well-equipped on site bungalows. Our teams also assist with leisure activities such as horse-riding and swimming alongside general domestic duties and personal care. We offer roles that support children and adults to set objectives, record progress and celebrate milestones both in our College and School. What makes the perfect Support Worker?
