Overview

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse RSCN/RGN to join an innovative and progressive provider of complex care packages within the community, specialising in adult and paediatric care. This community role will be based in the East London area where the company has secured further packages during an exciting growth phase. The successful Registered Nurse RSCN/RGN will be given authority to design and manage complex care packages based on the specific individual needs of the service user. Criteria for a Registered Nurse RSCN/RGN: RGN (Minimum 2 years with Paediatric experience) or RSCN qualified is essential Up to date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years Advanced communication skills verbally and written to liaise effectively with patients, families and the MDT Experience of working within high risk complex needs clinical care for babies, children and young people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, neurological and other disabling conditions This role will be suitable for ICU/NICU/HDU/CCU nurses Full UK Driving Licence desirable but not essential Key responsibilities for a Registered Nurse RSCN/RGN: Design and deliver a tailored care plan specific to an individual client's needs To provide ongoing monitoring, support and assessment of client's physical and physiological needs within your caseload To deliver nursing interventions including the management of medicine delivery Build and maintain sophisticated relationships with your client's family Benefit package for a Registered Nurse RSCN/RGN: Up to £37,000 per annum DOE Family friendly hours - Monday to Friday day shifts Enhanced Travel Expenses Homebased where you can plan your own diary Generous annual leave allowance above average Company Mobile Phone and Laptop This role will suit any experienced RGN or RSCN looking to further your career and join a growing, market-established provider.
