Overview
My client is looking for an experienced Deputy Nurse Manager to support the day to day running's of a stunning 65 bed care home that provides Nursing care for elderly people. This is a high spec facility that is fully occupied, fully staffed and fully compliant with CQC regulations. You will ensure delivery of the highest standards of quality care by following company policy and monitoring outcomes, working closely alongside the Home Manager and overall deputising in their absence. The chosen individual must be an experienced Nurse (RGN OR RMN) and have previous Deputy Manager experience.
