Overview
Product Manager sought by a leading manufacturer of polymers who supply to automotive, construction and industrial organisations. With locations worldwide and over 20,000 employees, theyre looking for a product management expert with knowledge of construction products to join their plumbing and heating division. The Role: As Product Manager youll be responsible for the product management of the companys plumbing and heating products. Your key responsibilities will include: Ensuring the heating and plumbing business continues to grow profitably Working on commercial topics e.g. strategy development and product launches Dealing with key customers, suppliers and external stakeholders Supporting the sales team in promoting the heating and plumbing ranges Ensuring the UK strategy is implemented fully by the whole team The successful Product Manager should have: Previous experience of product management in the construction products industry (ideally plumbing and heating) Strong analytical skills and ability to identify future trends and adapt the business to current market conditions Excellent communication skills Knowledge of MS Office applications A degree in Business Studies or Marketing would be beneficial Benefits Package: Excellent salary 24 days holiday plus bank holidays Auto-enrolment pension scheme Medicash Company cash back scheme Product Manager Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire - commutable from Hereford, Worcester, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Tewkesbury etc Excellent salary benefits
