Role: 2nd Line Support Engineer Location: Telford Salary: £23,000 - £28,000 DOE A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced 2nd Line Engineer to join a leading organisation and work alongside the existing IT technician team. My client is looking for a qualified IT technician to join our growing business that maintains and has responsibility for the core infrastructure technologies that support the CRM and digital topologies. This also includes PCs/laptops, servers, network, security alongside end-user-computing. Responsibilities: 2nd Line Support Engineer Troubleshooting technology issues. Performs one-on-one computer coaching on technology when necessary Assist the IT manager with project work to grow the technology infrastructure of the company Diagnose and solve hardware and software faults Office365 administration Skills and experience: 2nd Line Support Engineer Enthusiasm and a willingness to help Microsoft certified solutions expert (MCSE) Network knowledge – ideally WatchGuard technologies 2 years’ experience on current network operating systems Network security, SIEM platforms Understanding of VMware 6.x or above Cloud telephony 4 years’ experience in computer networks and systems maintenance Azure Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations Problem solving skills If you are an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer looking for a new and exciting role then please send your latest CV to or call Jenny Collin on
