We also provide quality services to general needs tenants, owning and managing properties across London. We have 90 years’ experience of retirement home design and living in London. The Role As a Services Officer, you will manage the delivery of our A Fit Future project that teaches our tenants skills to maintain independent living. You will work with external partnerships and agencies to provide a fantastic service, creating a safe, respectful and welcoming environment for our more vulnerable tenants. The Requirements To join us as a Services Officer, you will need: - The ability to deliver service development and/or improvement and operational delivery - Experience in the management of tenancies, challenging behaviours, the impact of mental health and dementia - Experience with resident engagement - Complaint and conflict resolution skills - Performance and risk management skills Do you see yourself succeeding in the role?
