Overview

As our client’s business continues to increase at an exponential rate they are adding to their Build to Rent teams to help accelerate growth plans. What you’ll be doing: The main focus of this role will be building a community at one of their BtR blocks consisting of 299 apartments. The successful candidate will own the relationship with Residents through several channels such as on site in person, via email and telephone - you will have full ownership of ensuring that residents receive the best possible experience. You will be the sole point of contact for the residents under your portfolio. This means they’ll contact you for any general enquiries along with details of renewals, reporting any maintenance requirements, moving out and their deposit return. You will liaise with your colleagues throughout the company to ensure you offer the highest level of customer service at all times. To act as the face for the development engaging with residents in a positive manner to ensure that the highest levels of customer care and service are always maintained. To implement an engagement strategy that includes resident communication and events as well as feedback and satisfaction levels Answering tenant enquiries regarding any aspect of their tenancy Drafting and processing renewal tenancy agreements Managing residents move out process including the deposit return Instructing contractors to carry out both small and large works to rental properties Building rapport with contractors and managing on going works to ensure they are completed in a timely manner, keeping tenants updated at all times Excellent pacakage on offer
