Overview
Our client is an etsablished top UK accountancy firm based in Beaconsfield, with great career develepment and a fantastic working environment. We are currently looking for an Audit and Accounts Manager to manage a small team in conjunction with Partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of technical audit and other assurance services. The ideal candidate will be ACCA qualified with experience working with Accounting and Advisory and experience working within practise. We are looking for someone to encourage the effective use of IT within the team, including excel, audit and accounts packages (Viztopia, Teamate, Sage), outlook and CCH. The ideal candidate is someone who is able to delegate, coach and manage the team, including completing annual reviews in conjunction with Partners as well as encourage and maintain regular contact with clients in own portfolio, providing ongoing updates on progress.
