Capital Project Manager - Truro

Long term contract opportunity for a Capital Project Manager to join an NHS Trust based in Truro, Cornwall Your new company As a Capital Project Manager you will join an NHS Trust based in Truro in Cornwall who are responsible for providing services to the Royal Cornwall Hospital, West Cornwall Hospital and St Michael's Hospice. Your new role As a Project Manager you will provide effective planning, project management and related professional services helping to progress through a backlog of capital projects and minor works. This will include the appointment of professional project and design teams, procurement and contract strategy, selection of contractors and management of a large and complex stakeholder group, both internal and external. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in this position you should have previous experience at delivering capital projects of between 2 - 10 million in value on the client-side, ideally in the public sector. What you'll get in return In return, you'll receive an initial six month contract and a daily rate of up to £247.10 per day payable via an umbrella company. Your contract is highly likely to be extended further, and you may have the opportunity to apply for permanent positions across the duration of your contract.
