Senior Property Manager, London Retail Assets, Client Side, Public Sector Estates, Contract / Interim Job Brand new long term central London Public Sector General Practice Property Management Interim / Contract job opportunity. Your new company Hays are delighted to be retained by a major public-sector landlord who are looking to bolster their growing professional retail property & asset management team. The organisation is looking to drive their retail revenue over the course of the next ten years by implementing proactive strategic asset management incentives improving the overall quality of the estate. Your new role Senior Property Manager - MRICS Essential This is a senior leadership role within a newly formed team where the successful candidate will be responsible for the proactive management of the current retail estate. The role is responsible for improving customer and consumer experience, maximising asset strategies with the aim of continuingly improving revenue. The role will include team management responsibilities, tenant and corporate engagement / reporting along with a career background within retail specific property management. What you'll need to succeed MRICS Qualification - Essential Retail Property Management experience - Able to demonstrate a credible track record of delivering proactive management techniques to improve rental values, tenant mix and income streams. Experience of liaising with tenants and customers to build and improve relationships is a highly desirable skill. What you'll get in return This is a long term interim contract role that can offer a highly competitive rate of c.£400 per day. This role has been deemed inside scope of IR35.
